When it comes to theme parks, Disney's worldwide renowned attractions frequently dominate the discourse. However, the globe has several wonderful parks that equal Disney's allure by providing unique thrills, cultural experiences, and jaw-dropping attractions. Whether you're a roller coaster junkie, a fan of deep narrative, or simply seeking family fun, these theme parks provide remarkable experiences. Here's a list of some of the top theme parks in the world, excluding Disney.

  1. Tokyo Disney Sea, Japan

As per Travel experts at Handy Visas, “For many Disney theme park enthusiasts, the Tokyo Disney Resort is a must-see destination. Tokyo Disneyland is identical to the Magic Kingdom in Florida and Disneyland Park in California, but Tokyo DisneySea stands out with its maritime motif, magical realms, and stunning portions inspired by the Mediterranean, Arabian, and American coasts”.

  1. Disneyland Park, United States

It is hardly an exaggeration to state that the 1955 debut of Disneyland Park in California permanently altered the tourist industry and American cultural culture. Disneyland, the first theme park in the ever-expanding Disney empire (and the only one completed under Walt Disney's supervision), is still brimming with nostalgia and history, with many original attractions that have remained popular since the park's opening.

  1. Epcot, United States

Epcot, located at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, is a permanent world's fair that honors human development, technology, and various cultures. The park's front half is divided into three sections: World Celebration, World Nature, and World Discovery, while the rear half has 11 country pavilions centered on World Showcase Lagoon. Epcot, like all Disney parks, offers family-friendly activities and character meet-and-greets, but it's especially enjoyable for adult visitors who like sampling appetizers, beer, wine, and drinks from across the world in each nation.

  1. Tivoli Gardens, Denmark

Tivoli Gardens, one of the world's oldest functioning amusement parks, is a must-see site in central Copenhagen. The park, which opened in 1843, features attractions, theaters, and restaurants dispersed over its attractive grounds and gardens. During the holidays, the park becomes even more magnificent thanks to its yearly festival, which illuminates the landscape with decorations.
