Mollie King: How I get glowing skin all year round
With many an early morning to contend with, thanks to her role presenting the Radio 1 Weekend Breakfast show alongside Matt Edmondson, Mollie King says her skin can easily get as tired as she does.
"Sometimes I don't get enough sleep which can really affect my skin," she says. "I often find that my skin can look super tired and dehydrated very quickly."
But King, who started her showbiz career as a singer in The Saturdays before switching to TV and radio presenting, isn't complacent when it comes to her complexion
"I've always had combination skin, in my teenage years I really struggled with acne," she says.
"I felt really lucky that I managed to grow out of it in my early twenties, so I take skincare really seriously and look after myself the best I can."
With her clear, glowing skin, obviously King is doing something right, so what can we learn from the blonde beauty?
"It's all about using the right products for you and keeping hydrated," says the 32-year-old, who has been working with Foreo on its #BoostYourGlow campaign.
"I also love to treat myself every now and again to a facial which I find really helps too."
Plus, on days when she's feeling weary, King relies on a couple of clever make-up tricks to hide the signs of tiredness.
Here, the presenter reveals the skincare and make-up products she uses to keep her skin glowing all year round...
Murad Essential-C Cleanser, £30
"A good cleanser, I can't live without a cleanser! I make sure I remove my make-up every night, I could never go to bed with it on."
Foreo Luna Mini 3 Facial Cleansing Brush, £139, LookFantastic
"I've always been a massive fan of Foreo and have been using their products for a number of years.
"It's so great for exfoliating and cleansing and makes such a huge difference.
"I've found that my skin really has changed for the better since using the new Luna Mini 3 specifically.
"It looks much brighter and less dull – I think it's helped clear any clogged pores too."
Charlotte Tilbury Charlotte's Magic Cream, £75
"I love the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream, a good moisturiser that you can't go wrong with.
"I always apply a moisturiser and an eye cream morning and night. Once a week, I try to put an oil on my skin before bedtime just to help brighten my skin."
Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter, £34
"I find this is super helpful to use as a primer or even if you just wanted clear skin without putting foundation on."
Estee Lauder Double Wear Brush-On Glow BB Highlighter, £25
"This is so helpful for my darker under eyes and is a lifesaver!"
Mollie King is working with Foreo on their #BoostYourGlow Campaign following research that revealed women in the UK lack confidence when it comes to sharing their photos on social media or even accepting a compliment.
